Terms of Service

Last updated July 14, 2026

These Terms govern your use of TurboCut, operated by TurboCut AI, Inc., a Delaware corporation based in California (“TurboCut,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use TurboCut.

Who can use TurboCut

You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) and able to form a binding contract. If you use TurboCut for an organization, you represent that you’re authorized to bind it to these Terms.

Your content and your rights

  • You own your content. The videos you upload or ingest, and the edits we produce from them, are yours.
  • You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content to our subprocessors solely to provide the service — transcription, editing, rendering, and (at your request) publishing.
  • You represent that you have the rights to the content you bring in, including any music, footage, and third-party material, and that processing it doesn’t infringe anyone’s rights.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use TurboCut to:

  • Upload or publish content you don’t have the rights to, or that infringes copyright or trademark.
  • Create unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or harmful content, or impersonate others.
  • Clone anyone’s voice but your own, or misuse voice retakes to deceive.
  • Violate the terms of Twitch, YouTube, Kick, or any platform you connect or publish to.
  • Reverse-engineer, resell, or abuse the service, or attempt to exceed your plan by circumventing limits.

Third-party platforms

TurboCut connects to services like Twitch, YouTube, and Kick through their APIs. We aren’t affiliated with or endorsed by them, and your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms. They may change or restrict their APIs in ways that affect features.

AI-generated output

TurboCut uses AI to suggest cuts, titles, descriptions, captions, and B-roll. These are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you publish it, and for making sure it’s accurate, appropriate, and cleared for use. Output is provided “as is.”

Plans, billing, and trials

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe.
  • Free trials, where offered, won’t charge you until the trial ends; cancel before then to avoid a charge.
  • Processing beyond your plan’s monthly hours is billed as overage at the rate shown in-app.
  • You can cancel anytime from the billing page; access continues through the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
  • We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.

Importing video by link

TurboCut can pull a VOD from a public Twitch, YouTube, or Kick URL. That convenience does not grant you any rights in the video. Only import content you created, own, or have written permission to use. Importing someone else’s stream or video — to re-edit, re-upload, monetise, or repost as your own — is a violation of these Terms, and likely of copyright law and the source platform’s terms as well. You, not TurboCut, are responsible for what you import and for anything you publish from it. We may refuse, remove, or stop processing any import at our discretion.

Copyright complaints

We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. If you believe content processed or published through TurboCut infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@turbocutai.com including: your contact details; a description of the work you say is infringed; the URL or account where it appears; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder or the law; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them; and your signature (electronic is fine).

We will review valid notices promptly and may remove the content, disable the associated project, or suspend the account. If you believe content was removed in error you may send a counter-notice to the same address. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Termination

You can stop using TurboCut and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to TurboCut — including importing or publishing content you don’t have the rights to. On termination, your right to use the service ends and your content may be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

TurboCut is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TurboCut isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify TurboCut against claims arising from content you upload or publish, or from your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date and, where significant, communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

Governing law and disputes

TurboCut is operated by TurboCut AI, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in California. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except that the internal affairs of the company remain governed by Delaware law. You and TurboCut agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

Nothing here deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws of your home jurisdiction where those apply, or prevents either party from seeking relief in small-claims court.
